To cancel the building permit for different reasons, contact directly the administration of the town hall or the issuing body responsible for the authorization. - your willingness to cancel the building permit;
- the building permit details such as the serial number of the permit or the number of the receipt of the application;

What is the transfer and extension of building permits?
The transfer of building permits is very common nowadays. As the authorization is attached to the properties and not to a person, you can very well proceed with the transfer. For this, the future holder and the current holder of the document must be well in phase to proceed with the cancellation. The condition is that the building permit must be valid. To initiate the transfer, you must send an application to the town hall, called: the “valid permit transfer application issued”. The pre-established request for the transfer is called Cerfa No. 13 412. The transfer and extension of building permits are very different. The extension concerns the extension of the duration of the building permit. It is requested when the work will not be done in time. For the process, make a request to the town hall. The duration of the extension remains:
- 3 months for the extension of the instruction of the building permit;
- 3 months for the building permit that depends on a clearing permit;
- 2 months for the building permit subject to the agreement of the architect of the buildings.
